I love this podcast! As a person with friends and loved ones in the evangelical world, I’ve found myself being gradually shut out of their lives simply because of not holding their same world views. One day we were good and then we weren’t. Since Trump came into the picture, I began to notice that not only do they no longer reach out to me, they also don’t respond to my efforts to have contact. It has been sad, hurtful, puzzling, and hard to understand.
I’ve found this podcast to be so informative and helpful to better understand the evangelical lens on the world, to learn about the people and leaders and beliefs in this movement, and why and how they do what they do. It sheds a light on things that haven’t made sense to me before and somehow that helps. Thank you, thank you!
