Episode 19: Fun with Resumes!

Hey friends this week we are taking a bit of a break from the heavier side of career transitions and focusing on the practical aspects of how to rethink your resume. Ministry resumes and corporate resumes are not the same and it requires alot of creative thinking to present your relevant experience (which you have alot of by the way) in a manner that will be recognized by people that don't know what a discipleship program is. As a pastor you have what it takes to succeed in all kinds of jobs and many companies would be happy to have you. It is just a matter of shifting perspectives so that you see it too.
